Anika Dhavle

Anika Dhavle is a Virginia Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources and a Master of Arts (MA) in English Literature from the University of Pune (India), and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree from the Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (India).

Anika began her professional accounting career working at a boutique accounting firm in Northern Virginia before joining Ross & Moncure in 2017. At Ross & Moncure, Anika specializes in individual and international taxation, including the reporting of foreign bank accounts, foreign companies, foreign partnerships, and foreign passive foreign investment companies (PFICS).

Previously, Anika was an Assistant Professor at the University of Pune, where she taught undergraduate courses in English Literature. While pursuing her didactic MBA coursework, Anika discovered her love and aptitude for accounting and decided to pursue it as her career.

Anika resides in Fairfax Station with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with them, traveling, playing lawn tennis, and exercising.
