\nPlease sign and date the 2018 Engagement Letter. We will not embark upon preparing tax returns for clients until the contract has been signed, dated, and returned to us via post, e-mail or fax.<\/p>\n
\nRoss & Moncure deems all of the promises, policies and information in our Non-Disclosure Agreement to apply regardless of whether or not the Agreement has been signed by both us and by the client in question. Therefore, it is only necessary to sign and keep the Agreement on file should your company policy dictate that this is necessary, or should doing this enable you to sleep better at night.<\/p>\n
\nRoss & Moncure cannot release any information to a third party (a lawyer, banker, or other accountant) on behalf of a client unless the client fills out and signs this form. It can be returned to us via mail, e-mail, or fax.<\/p>\n
