Tori Gaylord

Tori Gaylord was born in Washington, DC, grew up in Fort Washington, MD, and has lived in Alexandria, VA, for the past six years. She has over ten years of experience in tax compliance, tax preparation, research, and advisory services for individuals, businesses, partnerships, S corporations, and nonprofit organizations. Tori enjoys researching complex tax issues, solving problems, and helping clients understand how tax laws apply to their unique situations.

Tori earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York, and a Master of Arts in Business Journalism from Baruch College in New York City.

Tori joined Ross & Moncure in 2026 as a Senior Tax Associate. She works with business owners and high-net-worth individuals on tax planning opportunities, entity structuring, retirement strategies, and other complex tax matters.

Outside of work, Tori enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
