Jessica Brown

Jessica Brown is an accountant with active CPA (VA) and EA (IRS) licenses. She has been in the accounting field for almost 20 years, and brings a vast array of experience from working with three regional public accounting firms, several nonprofits and a corporate property manager. Jessica joined Ross & Moncure in 2019, and specializes in individual tax cases. She enjoys researching and advising on ever-changing tax laws, and spends a lot of her free time following federal and state tax developments.

Jessica has lived in Springfield, VA for the last 20 years. She has three children—two teenage girls and a son in college. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children traveling, cooking and exercising.
