Nats Menéndez

Natalie is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Before joining Ross & Moncure, Natalie spent four years at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) learning the ins and outs of federal tax rules and regulations. She specializes in individual tax returns, and enjoys helping clients to use tax treaties and the IRS Code to avoid double taxation.

Natalie joined Ross & Moncure in August 2026 as a Junior Tax Associate. While in college, she spent a year abroad, where she acquired a taste for spicy food and a love for different cultures. Now she lives a quiet life in Alexandria, VA with her husband and young child.
