Bonnie Kwong

Bonnie Kwong is an experienced tax professional with a background in public accounting and government tax administration. She specializes in U.S. international tax compliance and consulting.

Prior to joining Ross and Moncure, Bonnie served as a Business Tax Auditor IV with the Arlington County Commissioner of Revenue Office, where she gained experience in business tax administration and auditing.

Before joining Arlington County, Bonnie held senior tax roles in public accounting firms, including positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong, Ernst & Young in Hong Kong, and Forvis Mazars in the United States. Throughout her public accounting career, she managed tax compliance and consulting engagements for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.

Bonnie earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. She is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
