Camille Kautzmann

Camille Kautzmann is a Junior Wealth Transfer Associate at Ross & Moncure where she supports individual, estate and trust tax preparation and compliance. Her work focuses on estate income tax returns, trust income tax returns, estate transfer tax returns, and gift tax returns. She also handles the individual tax returns for grantors and beneficiaries. Camille graduated from Eastern University in Pennsylvania with a BA in Criminal Justice and from the University of Glasgow – Scotland with an MA in Education Studies. Camille brings experience working with individuals and families navigating U.S. tax systems, including self-employed and 1099 earners, as well as clients with complex personal and financial circumstances. Prior to joining Ross & Moncure, she worked in audit and compliance roles with USAID contractors.

Originally from France and now based in Washington, DC, Camille has a particular interest in tax work involving internationally connected individuals and families. She values clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and long-term client relationships. Outside of work, Camille lives with her partner and their two black cats, who are frequent companions in the kitchen when she cooks. She enjoys spending time outdoors and values balance and curiosity both in her work and daily life.
