Marcia Couto

Marcia Couto is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She grew up in Boston, MA, lived in South Florida, and relocated to Northern Virginia in 2019. She has over ten years of experience working for small businesses in accounting roles and as the Executive Assistant to CEOs and CFOs. She is currently pursuing the IRS Enrolled Agent certification, while also obtaining an accounting degree from Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA).

Marcia joined Ross & Moncure in July 2019. At the firm, she specializes in the preparation of individual tax returns, applications for tax residency certifications, and applications for individual taxpayer identification numbers (ITINs). She also supports Alice Orzechowski, Lucinda Weigel and Lee Worrix with the preparation and submission of estate and trust tax returns.
