Walker Keesee

Walker graduated from Texas Tech University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Walker then received his law degree from South Texas College of Law in May 2019, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law in May 2020. During law school, Walker spent a semester serving as an extern for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.

Walker first joined Ross & Moncure in January 2021. After two years at Ross & Moncure, Walker spent a year working for Ernst & Young’s tax department in 2023 before rejoining Ross & Moncure in January 2024. At R&M, Walker focuses on tax planning and tax compliance for high net-worth individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), multinationals and foreign investors. He specializes in advance planning for complex tax transactions and international tax treaty analysis.
